Create Smooth-running Conveyors
Under High Cyclic Loading
Longer run times, quieter operation
and less downtime are all achievable
thanks to the superior mechanical
properties and enhanced tribological
performance of Delrin.

High-strength conveyor chains and modular belts made with
Delrin® acetal homopolymer are proven to deliver extended
system lifetimes with reduced maintenance. The inherent low
friction properties of Delrin reduce wear and enable smoother
running with lower energy consumption.

Design flexibility and performance
With Delrin, lighter components can be developed to reduce
overall system costs while maintaining performance. Delrin also
delivers workplace improvements like quieter systems compared
to metal as well as enhanced fatigue endurance versus acetal
copolymer systems.
